The PAR-PLFC-P4 harness is an element that is part of the Personal Fall Restraint System and its use is recommended when working at heights (according to resolution 1409 of 2012 heights above 1.50m), providing functions such as:
Correctly distributing the force produced by the braking impact and allowing the individual to remain suspended in a vertical position. With an angle of inclination no greater than 30°.
This harness must be complemented with positioning lanyard Ref. 50-20 or Ref. 50-21 (adjustable, webbing material) and fall restraint lanyard Ref. 50-22 with energy absorption system (webbing material); or with a lanyard of similar use adjusted to the working height. In the case of ascent/descent it is recommended to use the Y lanyard with energy absorption system Ref. 50-23R or a lifeline with fall arrester.
