Type 8 rope descender made of aluminum, used for descent and rescue tasks. Its use is indicated for Nylon or Polyester ropes from 9 mm to 16 mm caliber and other elements of the fall arrest system. The rope is blocked manually on the descender and the correct technique must be used. 100% aluminum element with protection. Resistant to friction and high temperatures.
